Rule 54
Purification of actions taken by police personnel
: No police personnel shall take the help of the press or the court for false accusations made by any person in connection with the performance of his duties without obtaining the prior approval of the Government of Nepal. But there will be no hindrance in the right to give clarifications regarding personal work or character.
